TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When using funtrav.com to make any travel bookings, purchases or enquiries, you the customer/booking agent and all persons names whom appear within the booking, must apply by the following terms and conditions:

1. Passenger cancellation penalty policies are the sole responsibility of the tour operator/travel supplier . funtrav takes no responsibility or has no control over such penalty or cancellation policies. The cancellation policy applies from the point in which written notice is received. Any monies paid, including the $3.85 coach booking fee, is non refundable.

2. funtrav makes its best efforts and attempts to ensure that the information available on its website is true and accurate. However, funtrav cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.

3. funtrav does not accept any liability for the overbooking of travel pakages or incorrect prices advertised. It is the travel suppliers' responsibility to ensure that vacancies do exist and all details are true and correct.

4. Photo identification is required as 'proof of identity' on the date of departure and must be shown along with your booking reference number on check-in at the pickup location. In some cases a passport and visa may be required where travelling on international journeys.

5. funtrav does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the website at any time without notification.

6. funtrav receives a booking commission from tour operators and travel suppliers for the booking service provided by the website.

7. All travel bookings MUST be carried out by a person 18 years or older and MUST be conducted by the person whose name appears on the credit card being used.

8. funtrav provides no warranty or representation about the quality or suitability of any travel product or service advertised on its website.

9. Any grievances in relation to the quality or operation of travel packages and services purchased on this website is not the responsibilty of funtrav and must be forwarded in writing to the relevant travel operator/supplier. funtrav takes no role in the resolution of such matters.

10. funtrav does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its travel website or for any travel products or services purchased from its website.

11. Any booking amendments will incur an administration fee of $20.

12. We strongly recommend that all passengers take out appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking.

13. Customer acknowledges that payment for the cost of any travel packages advertised will be held by funtrav on behalf of tour operators/suppliers and remitted to suppliers on terms agreed between funtrav and its travel suppliers.

14. None of these terms and conditions affect the Customers' statutory rights

15. funtrav is the trading name of Travelwide Pty Ltd ABN 95 110 627 588 whom holds the Travel Agent Licence No. 32619 and is also a member of the Travel Compensation Fund.
